Offering traditional straight razor shaves, beard detailing, and of course classic cuts by professionally licensed master barbers, all in an inviting and modern environment. Meet Our Team

Eric Boswell

Owner/Master Barber

Eric was born and raised in Louisville Kentucky. After graduating high school from St. X, Eric dedicated 27 total years of serving the community as a firefighter, paramedic, and police officer. During this time, he also served in the United States Naval Reserves as a Corpsman.
After retiring from LMPD in 2018, Eric graduated from Tri-City Barber College where he studied under the direction of Steve Kennedy. He spent the next several years mastering his craft in upscale barbershops in Louisville prior to opening Bullitt Barber Co in 2022. Eric is also a dedicated husband and father of two children.

Message From the Owner

After my retirement, I knew I still had a lot of service left in me to give. It wasn’t easy for an old guy to learn a new trade, but it has been incredibly rewarding. You never know what burden someone is carrying when they walk through the door of the shop. I believe a positive interaction with a barber can send someone back into the community looking great and feeling better than when they walked in.

I look forward to serving this community, along with a talented group of barbers, as we grow and become a permanent fixture in Bullitt County for years to come.
